What You'll Be Doing
Your role as a Sales Representative is all about creating WOW moments for customers:
- Engage with customers in person or online to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase our impressive lineup of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Wagoneer models.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, including test drives and product demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Contribute to the success of the dealership by supporting additional tasks as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who bring their best every day:
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
- At least two years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
