Join Our Team as a Body Shop Administrator at Bannister GM Edson

Position: Body Shop Administrator

Location: Edson, Alberta

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $3,500 - $4,500 per month ($42,000-$55,000/year)(salary plus performance-based bonuses), commensurate with experience. Plus Extended health and dental benefits after probationary period)

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by warmly greeting customers, understanding their needs, and keeping them informed about repair progress.
  • Insurance Liaison: Efficiently handle communications with insurance companies to process claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Rental Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of our vehicle rental fleet, ensuring availability and optimal condition for customer use.
  • Data Entry and Work Orders: Accurately input and manage work order information, ensuring seamless workflow and record-keeping.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Body Shop Manager with various administrative tasks, including filing, report generation, and maintaining organized records.


Qualifications:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive services or administration are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within an automotive body shop or dealership setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with automotive management software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
