CSN Dana's are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Auto Body/Collision Estimator to join our team at CSN Collision - Dana's. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate repair estimates, and collaborating with various insurance partners to ensure timely and quality repairs. Your ability to work within a team environment and your knowledge of estimating systems will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the scope of repairs needed.
• Utilize Mitchell and Qapter (Audatex) estimating systems to generate detailed repair estimates.
• Work collaboratively with insurance adjusters and other repair team members to finalize repair plans.
• Ensure that all estimates are accurate and adhere to industry standards and company policies.
• Provide timely updates to clients and insurance companies regarding the progress of repairs.
• Communicate clearly with team members, customers, and insurance representatives to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in collision estimating.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and processes.
• Proficiency in using Mitchell and Qapter (Audatex) estimating systems.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience working with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Additional certifications or training in auto body repair or estimating.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
