Capital Ford Lincoln is looking for motivated, energetic and professional individuals to become our next Automotive Sales Manager. 

The Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for developing a team of highly productive sales representatives who are able to meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of customers. They will be required to generate and deliver sales and marketing initiatives, revenue growth and client retention strategies. 

Our successful candidate will be required to coach and mentor the sales team through motivation, leadership and encouragement while striving for exceptional customer service standards and accountability. 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a progressive automotive sales management role. 
  • Proven sales abilities. 
  • A passion for customer service and Automobiles. 
  • Extensive experience in sales management and particularly that of staff motivation and development. 
  • Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory skills. 
  • Leadership ability and team building skills. 
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives. 
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability. 
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
