Snag this opportunity as a Fleet Associate with our Evo Car Share Team.
As a Fleet Associate, you'll be on the front line, ensuring our vehicles are safe, ready and available for British Columbians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment in a hands-on technical role managing and servicing Evo's vehicles.
Bonus: This is an on-site, shift-work role that supports work-life balance.
Who you are
- You love automobiles and have a passion for the future of the car sharing economy
- You enjoy driving and have a solid understanding of the lower mainland and surrounding areas.
- You're handy and comfortable using simple electronics and power tools
- You easily build relationships with partners and team members.

- You're eager to hop in and grow by learning new skills and knowledge
- Flexible and adaptable with the willingness to work extended hours
What you bring
- At least two years' work experience in the automotive or rental industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical, documentation and quality assurance
- A clear drivers abstract, annual renewal required
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Once here, you will:
- Quickly address and troubleshoot vehicle issues (such as damage, accident, telematics troubles)
- Test, diagnose, service and repair in-vehicle telematics equipment
- Drive vehicles to various locations for cleaning, maintenance and repairs
- Photograph and record damages of Evo's assets and performs minor repairs
- Inspect and determine solutions for damaged vehicles
- Conduct random spot checks to assess work quality of external maintenance partners
- Actively participate in job specific training to reach your full potential
The salary range for this position is $45,406.32 to $56,757.84 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
