Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality auto body repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct thorough disassembly and reassembly of vehicles for repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and parts used.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and excellence in all repairs.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyperson Certification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a collision repair environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding insurance claims and repair estimates.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
