What We Need:
- Customer-focused to create a great experience from start to finish - customers are usually already stressed that their transportation needs maintenance or repairs done, so help make their experience a breeze.
- Strong communicator - between communicating with diverse customers to the technicians working on the vehicles, we need someone who can ensure information is shared efficiently and understood by all involved.
- Adept at handling conflict professionally - put those interpersonal skills to great use when customers are stressed or upset.
- Driven to help keep customers on the road and safe - sales experience could be valuable to ensuring customers understand their options and why services the dealership provides are important for them.
- Top-notch organization skills that keep up with the pace - things move quickly and change quicker, so we need someone who will thrive on the pace.
- Basic automotive knowledge is preferred, but willingness to learn is non-negotiable.
- Valid license and clean driving record is a must in automotive.
