Performance Lexus is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Here's what you'll deliver:
 

  • Schedule and prepare deliveries for sold vehicles.
  • Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality assurance of the vehicle prior to delivery.
  • Perform final quality control of reconditioning.
  • Communicating and explaining vehicle features and options to customers and answering all inquiries.
  • Demonstrate vehicle to customer at time and delivery.
  • Completion of final paperwork with the customer.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle purchase at the end of delivery.


What you need to succeed:
 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license or will be required to obtain an OMVIC license.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Be able to interpret instructions with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work outside at times within business operations.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
