Your Role & Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Repair - Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW's high standards.
Routine Maintenance - Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.
Precision Testing - Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.
Client & Team Communication - Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.
Continuous Learning - Stay up to date with BMW online training courses and additional certifications as assigned.
Preventative Maintenance - Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.
What You Bring to the Table:

✔ 310S Certification (Required) - Must be a fully licensed automotive technician.
✔ Experience with European Brands - Previous experience with BMW or other luxury brands is a plus.
✔ Strong Diagnostic & Technical Skills - Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues.
✔ Valid G-Level Ontario Driver's License - Required for vehicle operation.
✔ Team Player Attitude - Ability to collaborate and contribute to a fast-moving dealership environment.
✔ Commitment to Excellence - Passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
