Sales Manager - Finance & Insurance (F&I)

Volkswagen Newmarket, now in partnership with North America's largest automotive retailer, Lithia & Driveway, is looking for a Sales Manager - F&I to drive performance and maximize profitability in our dealership. This is your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us!

What You'll Be Doing:
 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the F&I team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Work closely with Sales and F&I teams to optimize deal structures and maximize profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee compliance administrators to ensure accurate paperwork completion, funding processing, and follow-up on factory incentives/receivables.
  • Train and mentor Brand Ambassadors on effective F&I product presentations and closing techniques.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform "fly-bys" with customers to build rapport and support the Pfaff "One Price" and "One Touch" sales process.
  • Other duties as required.


Skills & Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) sales.
  • Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • OMVIC Certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
