Job Description

In this key role, you will:
- Advise customers, in person and over the phone, on our vehicle parts and accessories;
- Place orders and follow-up with customers as needed;
- Provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations as required;
- Create and maintain customer relationships;
- Strengthen relationships through face-to-face interactions and promote Traction's offerings;
- Collaborate with customers in your assigned area with inventory, ordering parts, re-organizing stock rooms, parts handling, consignment activities, etc.;
- Look for opportunities to expand business with existing customer.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Valid G Class driver license;
- Ability to effectively with colleagues, customers, and other departments to meet goals and solve problems;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle parts to provide accurate product recommendations, assisting customers, and understanding the needs of the industry.
