What you'll be doing:

 

  • Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs, inquire about recommendations on client's vehicles.
  • Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.
  • Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date from open to closing of service.
  • Handle any client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and high regard manner.


What we need from you:
 

  • Can welcome our guests to the dealership as if it were your own home!
  • Automotive knowledge required to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Superior customer service abilities.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.
  • Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
