CSN Lift Auto Group has a unique opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join the team in Kelowna, BC. In this role you will help support our automotive parts department. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering exceptional service this position would be the perfect fit.

What does it take for consideration with CSN Lift Auto Group?
 

  • Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate.
  • Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license mandatory.


Requirements
 

  • Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
  • Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
  • Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
  • Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
  • Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
  • Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
  • Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
  • Other duties as required by Location Manager
