Position: Seasonal Full-Time Parts & Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information about parts and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at the Point of Sale.
  • Assist Service and Parts Advisors in creating and processing work orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to maintain optimal shop flow and timely completion of services.
  • Ensure the service counter area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.


What We're Looking For:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail-experience in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Experience with RVs is an asset, but not required-we're happy to train motivated individuals!
