Parts Advisor - Bannister Chevrolet Penticton
Location: Penticton, BC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation: $20-23/hour + monthly commissions

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service -offer guidance on parts and accessories to ensure they get the right fit for their vehicle.
- Manage Inventory Efficiently - Track, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure essential parts are always in stock.
- Process Orders with Precision - Handle orders for technicians, emergency requests, and returns promptly and accurately to keep workflow smooth.
- Support Technicians with Expertise - Quickly locate and supply the correct parts to keep repair jobs running seamlessly.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Support - Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing timely and knowledgeable responses.
- Assist with Stock Management - Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock organization to maintain an efficient parts department.
- Adapt to Various Sales Channels - Handle wholesale, front counter, and back counter sales as needed, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
