BDC Representative - Sales & Service
Location: Bannister Penticton, Penticton, BC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Wage: $22/hour + Monthly Bonuses/Incentives (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Assess customer needs and gauge interest in our products and services
2. Appointment Setting
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and relevant teams
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team
3. Sales Support & Follow-Ups
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale support for the sales team
- Follow up on unsold leads, missed appointments, and previous customers
