Position: Parts Catalogue Specialist 

Location: Port Coquitlam (Head Office)

Lordco Auto Parts is looking for a Parts Catalogue Specialist to join our team in Port Coquitlam, BC. Do you fit the part? 
 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers to source product data.
  • Industry experience & auto parts knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for eCommerce and the automotive parts industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities: 
 

  • Execute the end-to-end process of adding, updating, and maintaining the product catalog for automotive parts on our eCommerce solutions and other platforms.
  • Communicate with suppliers to source accurate and up-to-date product data, including specifications, images, and fitment information.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, fitment data, and attributes sourced from suppliers.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to accurately categorize products and ensure they are easily discoverable by customers.
  • Learn and proficiently use our Product Information Management (PIM) system to manage product data and enrich product listings.
  • Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion by implementing best practices for SEO, metadata, and keyword optimization.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to develop compelling product content, including engaging product descriptions, features, and benefits.
  • Provide support and training to B2B and B2C catalog users.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and eCommerce best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our product catalog.
