Body Shop Manager - Bannister Cadillac Kelowna

What You'll Do:
Lead & Supervise a team of technicians, appraisers, and admin staff
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency & profitability
Ensure quality repairs that meet insurance & industry standards
Maintain strong customer relationships in a busy, high-demand shop
Work closely with the Manager of Fixed Operations & General Manager
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of body shop experience (automotive industry)
• Previous leadership/management experience
• Familiarity with ImEX, CDK, Mitchell 1 (preferred)
• Strong financial & performance management skills
• Problem-solving & team motivation expertise
