What You'll Do:

 

  • Quote and invoice rental reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers and process reservations via email, phone, and LiveChat.
  • Advise customers on selecting the most suitable vehicle types and services based on their needs.
  • Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties and adapt to new tasks as they arise.
  • Maintain clear communication with business partners via email and phone.
  • Accurately enter and update complex rate structures in our reservation system.
  • Ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies in the system.
  • Utilize Excel for organizing, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance pricing accuracy.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment by engaging in various administrative tasks and team projects.
