JB Auto Care is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join the team in Squamish, BC.

This position is permanent, full-time; 40 hours per week; $35.00 per hour.

Job Description
Duties:
- Check and test automotive systems to find issues and malfunctions;
- Fix, replace, or adjust parts in different automotive systems;
- Repair or swap out units when needed;
- Test and fine-tune repairs to meet manufacturer standards;
- Perform regular maintenance like oil changes and tune-ups;
- Make sure systems are working properly by testing and adjusting them;
- Keep records of problems found and repairs done.

Requirements:
- Secondary school education is required;
- At least 2 years of experience as a service technician is required;
- Trade certification and/or Red Seal endorsement are assets;
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- English language ability is required;
