What you'll do

As the Program Manager, Automotive Growth & Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple automotive projects at CTC, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and are completed successfully. The role involves coordinating efforts across various teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the program are executed effectively. 
 

  • Identify and manage project interdependencies and cross-project issues.
  • Plan, prepare, and maintain project schedules to meet program objectives.
  • Identify critical paths and integrate milestones, control points, imposed dates, and Go/No-go decision points into the schedule.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost priorities among stakeholders and within project teams.
  • Use appropriate planning and monitoring techniques to control deliverables and costs.
  • Coordinate change management activities related to the program and its workstreams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for business owners and workstream leaders of ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations; facilitate workshops and handle complex questions from diverse audiences.
  • Provide status updates and write clear, concise communications on complex issues.
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders at CTC, including dealers and vendors.
  • Drive the decision-making process; proactively take the initiative to identify and resolve issues.
  • Apply a structured approach to problem-solving, understanding the context and impact of problems while demonstrating extensive knowledge of available resources.


What you bring
 

  • Strong program and project management skills with 7+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence and maintain focus on sustainable results.
  • Dynamic, ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Sense of prioritization and change management.
