We are looking to hire for the position of On-Road Support Agent. This posting is for both Seasonal Full-Time or Seasonal Part-time position status for the period of mid-April 2025 - September 2025. Duties range from answering simple questions to arranging for mechanical assistance, trouble shooting and getting our vehicles back on the road or to a nearby repair shop in a timely manner. You will be trained to confidently answer a variety of questions from our clients and provide assistance to ensure they continue enjoying their Canadian Adventure.
The hourly rate is between $18 and $19 depending on work background and experience.

The purpose of the On Road Support Agent role is to provide roadside assistance to our clients.
Job Duties:
- Technical troubleshooting for rental RVs
- Arranging on-road repairs for customers (by phone and email)
- Assist in vehicle exchange procedures in case of breakdowns
- Record keeping for all on-road repairs, maintenance and customer correspondence
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Have secondary education and or related experience
- Have customer service experience
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- German or Dutch language is considered an asset but not required
- Possess excellent communication skills
- RV industry experience and knowledge an asset but not required
- General technical knowledge an asset
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have problem solving skills
- Be efficient
- Have basic computer skills
- Be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Work schedules are based on the OnRoad team's operational schedule
- Seasonal part-time or full-time possibilities
- Eastern and Central Canada based preferred
