Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company policies, and maximizing reimbursement. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in warranty processing within the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Review, track, and follow up on all pending and approved claims to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Maintain warranty records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, and service departments to resolve claim issues.
- Ensure warranty claims comply with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide support to service and parts departments regarding warranty procedures and coverage.
- Monitor warranty claim payments and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in warranty audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in GM warranty administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies, processes, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in [warranty processing software, Microsoft Office, etc.].
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
