We are currently seeking an Electric Motor Rewind Technician in Saint John, NB

The Key Responsibilities will include:
 

• On the job training will be provided, including formal training sessions
• Troubleshooting and repairing large AC & DC electric rotating equipment with random or form wound stators, rotors or armatures
• Test repair motors to ensure proper repair and performance
• Troubleshoot and find root cause on failed equipment
• Other duties as required

Requirements:
 

• High school diploma required
• No motor rewind experience required
• Mechanical or electrical background with knowledge of AC and DC electric motors
• Must be able to understand and use test equipment and instruments required to perform preliminary, intermediate, and final tests.
• Knowledge of other electro-mechanical rotating equipment, including pumps, would be considered an asset
• Perform tasks in an industrial environment
• Work Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime
