Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both our finance office and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians or service teams.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain and update service records, logs, and reports.
- Process work orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Track service progress and follow up with customers when needed.
- Support the service team with administrative needs and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
