We're currently seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department and help ensure a smooth experience for every customer.
Job Description

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers booking vehicle service appointments. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Your main goal is to manage the schedule efficiently and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
 

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all service appointment inquiries
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments based on technician availability and shop capacity
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the service team to avoid scheduling conflicts
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our system

Preferred Experience:
 

• 1 year as an appointment coordinator (preferred)
• 1 year in a customer service role (preferred)

Skills and Requirements:
 

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset
• Previous automotive industry experience is an asset

Schedule
 

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional Saturday coverage
