Our Prince George location is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead and support the Parts Department, with a focus on operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:
The Parts Supervisor will support the General Operations Manager in managing daily operations, contribute to the planning and execution of annual growth strategies, and play a key role in enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Order and manage special and internal parts for the service department
  • Receive and stock inventory efficiently
  • Support monthly sales promotions and special offers
  • Run inventory reports, monitor parts turnover, and maintain stocking levels
  • Oversee shelf stocking and visual merchandising in the camping store
  • Assist with marketing and POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of parts orders, following company procedures
  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally
  • Maximize parts sales and identify customer needs accurately
  • Use manuals, reference materials, and software to provide parts information and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, service centers, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer account information
  • Track and manage special-order transactions, including deposits and reconciliation
  • Monitor and report on lost sales
  • Assist the Fixed Operations Manager with special projects
  • Oversee daily parts operations in the manager's absence
  • Perform general and specific administrative duties as required
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by the Retail Parts Manager


Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Experience in the RV and/or automotive industry is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Proficient in using computers and inventory systems
  • Leadership ability and strong initiative
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Annual Compensation is between $52,000 and $58,000, depending on RV Parts experience.
