What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Your Way Auto-connecting with customers, showcasing our impressive inventory, and guiding clients through every step of their vehicle buying journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

• Engaging with customers in-person and online to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Presenting and promoting a diverse range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client.
• Facilitating test drives and delivering memorable product demonstrations.
• Providing a seamless, customer-first sales experience from consultation to close.
• Collaborating with your team and leadership to meet individual and dealership-wide goals.
• Supporting dealership initiatives and contributing to overall success.

What You Bring

 

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A positive, professional attitude and polished appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What You Can Expect

Compensation & Earning Potential

 

• Commission-Based Structure - with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually!
• First-Year Income Guarantee - minimum of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed this amount.
