Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Seasonal (May 2025 - October 2025)
Location: Airdrie, AB Dealership

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

• Engage & Assist Customers: Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
• RV Rental Expertise: Offer in-depth RV rental information, answer questions, and resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
• Smooth Documentation Process: Guide customers through paperwork for RV pickups and returns.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features of Truck Campers and Motorhomes, ensuring customers are confident and excited about their choice.
• Customer Support: Efficiently check in returning RVs and resolve any complaints or issues with care.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
