Capital Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Lincoln Concierge.

As a Lincoln Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience throughout their ownership journey. You will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling the needs of our Lincoln vehicle owners, creating a memorable and personalized service that reflects the luxury and sophistication of the Lincoln brand.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Lincoln vehicle owners, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and technologies of Lincoln vehicles to effectively assist customers with inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, loaners, and discovery drives to meet the convenience of our customers
  • Provide support to the Lincoln Service Advisor including by not limited to customer communication, transportation arrangement, taking payments, and closing work orders
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
  • Educate customers on the various features, technologies, and benefits of their Lincoln vehicles
  • Organize and participate in exclusive Lincoln events to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role geared to providing lasting impressions and/or a luxury experience - automotive knowledge and experience is an asset
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Knowledge or interest in luxury vehicles, particularly Lincoln models
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital platforms
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
